  • Involved in architecting, process designing, analysis, development, testing and implementation of various HIPAA Transactions (834,278.)  Responsible for entire project completion on time and budget. Designed "Business Case and Project Charter" & Cost Benefit Analysis. Presented to senior management.  Designed "Request for response", invited all vendors. Statement of work was provided to finalist. Project Management activities included, reporting, designing technical and functional specs for entire project. Created conversion program to load Year to Date data from various legacy systems into SAP. Utilized schema ULK9 to load cluster table with YTD to data loaded into tables T558B, T558C, and T5U8C. Developed program to extract and load employees into Tax Reporter interface table T51TY using tax forms table T51T8. Worked closely with process team to load table T5UT1 in preparation for year-end reporting processing. Quickly developed sufficient payroll knowledge to provide assistance to Business Support team with various live issues.  Some examples include developing program to lock/unlock employees in Info type 3 to exclude them from current payroll run, revised existing program to load Savings Plans to accurately reflect deductions on checks, and resolving the reformatting of an ACH file to Chase Bank for international employees.
