401(k) Retirement Plan

We have chosen ADP's topnotch ADPRS Retirement Services Division to assist you in your retirement planning. You may save from 1% up to 90% of your pay either on a pretax or after-tax (Roth 401K) basis. There are 14 different investment plans to choose from.

TeamPersona employees are automatically enrolled at a 3% contribution rate after working six consecutive months for TeamPersona. However, you may change your contribution status and rate at anytime. Please contact our HR Administrator for enrollment information.

Service Bonus

TeamPersona rewards our employees each year on the anniversary of your assignment with us with a Service Bonus.

Service Bonus Plan:

Years of Service  Bonus One (1) $100 Two (2) $200 Three or more (3+) $300

The following eligibility requirements apply:

• You must be continuously employed by TeamPersona with a break in service of no more than 30 days to qualify for the annual Service Bonus.
   
• You are eligible for one Service Bonus per year.
   
• You must work full-time (40 hours per week) to qualify.

Payment is automatic with no further action from you required!

Education

We contribute to your ongoing education by giving you up to $500 annually to offset your costs. Simply meet our eligibility requirements, take the course, finish with a passing grade and we will reimburse you 10% of the course fee.

Commuter Checks

Save money on your commute cost by using our easy Commuter Checks. These are vouchers purchased via pre-tax payroll deductions, which are redeemable for mass transit passes, tokens and tickets. You may purchase up to $110 per month in $20, $25, $30 and $35 denominations.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit saves you the time and cost involved in cashing or depositing your paycheck.  Your pay is deposited each payday without delay, even if you're on vacation or away on business.  Direct deposit is secure and private.
