What type of placement services do you offer?
We can provide technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire and permanent basis. We also offer pay rolling services.
What are the main benefits that I will gain from using TeamPersona to staff my IT project?

Will I have one point of contact that I will deal with day to day?
Your company will have one and only one Account Manager assigned to service your account.
This allows the Account Manager to develop expertise in recognizing the right hire for you.
What hours will an Account Manager be available to answer my questions?
An Account manager will be available for you to speak to from 7 am to 6 pm. In case of emergency they can be reached out of hours by cell phone.
Can I submit a job order to you online?
Yes, there is job order form that you can fill out and submit immediately.
How long will you take to respond to my job order?
That can depend upon the rarity of the skill set that you are looking for, but we commit to responding to you as quickly as possible. For example:
- A contract position will be between 2 and 6 hours.
- A permanent position will be within 48 hours.

How many resumes will you submit to my job order?
- We present the best and only the best to you.
- We will not waste your time with a marginal profile.
- We submit 2 or 3 resumes per position.
- Alternatively, you can tell us how many you would like to see.

How do you source your candidates?
- Persona Computing has a large and ever expanding database of active and passive candidates. This is our first port of
call to locate tried and tested talent.
- We have an extensive network of technical friends that point us to the rare talent hide outs.
- We attend trade fairs and professional association events
- We use job boards, publications and resume banks.

How do you qualify your candidates?
- We review candidate resumes for an initial skill match.
- We carry out an in depth skills analysis and character assessment over the phone.
- We will then meet the candidates that have matched the profile outlined in your requirement.
- If we have not worked with a candidate in the past, or for more than a year, we will contact their referees.
- We will then select what we assess to be the two or three top candidates and present
them to you for review.

What role will you play in the process once I have asked to interview a candidate of
TeamPersona? Your Account Manager will:
- Act as the liaison between you and the candidate.
- Schedule the interview at a time that is acceptable to both you and the candidate.
- Ask you and the candidate for feedback on the interview and pass this information on to the other party.
- Liaise between you and the candidate in the acceptance and negotiation procedures if an offer is extended.
- Continue to monitor the performance of the candidate once they have begun to work
for you

Do you carry out any background checks on your candidates?
Yes, we carry out professional and character reference checks and a background check.
Do you offer a guarantee on your placements?
Yes we do, but it does vary from hire to hire so please ask for details when you place a job order with us.
Do you offer online billing and payment facilities? Yes, we can set this up for you.
Do you offer your Technical Staff any benefits? Yes, as you can see on our
benefits page, we offer our technical staff the opportunity to join our:

How do you ensure that your Technical Staff have up to date skills?
After our contract Technical Staff have worked with us for 6 months we give them a $500 credit
toward technical training classes. It is of utmost importance to us that our staff regularly attend refresher and update courses.
