Terri Romaneschi is a Senior Technical Recruiter for TeamPersona. She is responsible for account management and full life-cycle IT
recruiting efforts within the Denver metro area and Boulder.
Terri brings over 11 years of experience to TeamPersona and specializes in technical recruiting at all levels of business, including
data warehouse and business intelligence professionals, high-end project management, various IT and engineering.
Prior to joining TeamPersona Terri worked for national staffing firms and was responsible for such
clients as IBM, Raytheon Polar Services, AT&T, Sports Authority, and Kaiser Permanente.
Terri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State College
of Denver. She is a member of the Colorado Technical Recruiters Network (CTRN), the Data
Warehouse Institute (TDWI), and has been a member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).
