Mayra
Bautista is a Senior Account Manager for TeamPersona responsible for account specific service delivery oversight, onsite project management, contract compliance and all aspects of quality assurance. Her client portfolio consists of several federal agencies including the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, the GSA, EEOC and Dept. of Agriculture, as well as two federal laboratories and the University of California. She is responsible for overseeing a fifty person accounting project, several IT consultants, Managerial/Professional placements and Administrative professionals.
Mayra brings over 15 years of professional experience to the company with an emphasis in Accounting and the Dept. of Defense. She ran a successful
bookkeeping agency for over ten years and before that she served for five years in the United States Air Force and in the Military Police with the United
States Army.
She is active in her community, currently she is Vice President for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Contra Costa County, and prior to that she served as
its Treasurer. Currently she is also Northern Region Director for the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where she focuses on education and
procurement opportunities for small business. She lobbies actively for small business on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. and in Sacramento with the
California Legislature. She has volunteered with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer and has taught GED Math at the San Francisco County Jail to incarcerated
inmates.
Mayra is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a degree in Accounting from City College of San Francisco.
