John is TeamPersona's Director of Client Service. In this role he is responsible for ensuring both our clients and staff are satisfied with our service delivery.
John brings over two decades experience in IT consulting and customer service management to TeamPersona.
Prior to joining TeamPersona, John worked as a consultant on large software development projects throughout Northern California. Before that he served as customer service manager in various technical support centers for leading Bay Area software firms.
John has a degree in Computer Systems from the University of California, Berkeley.
