Chanté Blaurock is a HR Assistant for TeamPersona.
Chanté supports TeamPersona contractors using the TeamPersona Onboarding and Off-boarding process and Assignment Quality Program. She ensures that all new
hire paperwork is completed and processed correctly.
Additionally, Chanté serves as the main point of contact for all contract employees during their assignments. She ensures that questions and issues
are resolved or escalated in a timely manner, and provides contract employee feedback to TeamPersona management.
Chanté brings over four years of professional work experience to TeamPersona. Prior to joining TeamPersona Chanté worked at The California Parks Company as
a Senior Sales Associate and booked Special Events for three Bay Area Event Locations.
Chanté has a degree in Psychology from California State University East Bay, Hayward, CA.
