Carmelina brings over 10 years of experience in recruitment and generalist roles in various industries. She has experience both as an Account Manager and
Recruiter for major national accounts, managing high volume across multiple sites/locations.
Prior to joining TeamPersona Carmelina worked as an in house Recruiter at an industry leader in contingent workforce services including payroll, 1099 compliance
and vendor management. She was responsible for full cycle recruiting for HR Staffing and MSP/VMS Professionals at all levels for the West Coast and
Global recruiting initiatives.
